Directions to the meeting

 

DIRECTIONS from College Station Airport

On leaving airport, make right to University Drive or Route 60/University Drive/Raymond Stotzer Pkwy and drive towards East. After about 2 miles, Cross rail road (above you), look for Visitor Garage on right ( called NSG or Northside Garage, NSG on the map) . Park car and walk towards Cain Building (See Map)

DIRECTIONS from Dallas

From Downtown Dallas to College Station (Total Travel time 3hrs to reach College station)

1. Take 45 south, about 140 miles
2. At Madisonville , Take 21 west towards Bryan/College Station, about 40-45 miles
3. Near Bryan take 6 south ( called east bypass),about 4-6 miles)
4. Take exit University Drive , at exit make right turn ( going west)
5. On university Drive about 3-4 miles, pass Texas Ave , pass McDonald on right, see campus buildings on the left,

   see VISITOR parking on the left about 2 blocks from McDonald
6. After parking, walk back to University Dr and at university drive, make right ( i.e eastward journey), turn right to spence street (in front of McDonald), third bldg on the right called Cain Bldg or Engg and Physics Bldg, third floor, Conference Room 301 (Office Wing) See Map

DIRECTIONS from Houston Intercontinental airport to TEXAS A&M

From Houston Intercontinental airport using TOLLWAY ( Total Travel time 2hrs to reach College station)

1. John F Kennedy Boulevard
2. Sam Houston Parkway or Beltway 8 towards west ( do not get into another tollway which leads towards 45 North) and stay on beltway 8 west ( about 10-15 miles)
3. The take 290 west towards Austin , travel about 40 miles
4. Pass Praireview (a town), take TX-6 north exit towards Bryan/College Station (twin cities)
5. Travel about 40-45 miles
6. As you approach College station, stay on right lane; The route 6 splits into a) 6 bypass, b) 6 Business; stay on the right lane take 6 bypass (on the right);
7. Make exit for University Drive; at exit turn Left (going west on Univ Drive)
8. Cross Texas Avenue (also called TX-6 Business)
9. After passing McDonald on the right, move to left lanes and look for VISITOR parking on the left about 2 blocks from McDonald, you will see Visitor parking on the left (called Northside Garage, NSG)
10. After parking, walk back to University Dr , walk back on University Dr ( i.e eastward journey), turn right to spence street (in front of McDonald), third bldg on the right called Cain Building or Engg and Physics Bldg, third floor, Conference Room 301 (Office wing) See Map
