Thermosys Licensing
Based on many requests from both industrial and academic researchers, we are
making arrangements to offer the next version of Thermosys software as
follows:
-
Industrial members of the
ACRC will be able to
download a version of Thermosys that includes components developed with ACRC
support. The beta version is now available at the
ACRC website, members section.
The formal release of Thermosys 2007a is planned for March 12, 2007.
If you have further questions, please email
thermosys@ieee.org.
Thermosys Interns
As part of an ongoing effort to facilitate the technology transfer process
with industrial partners, undergraduate/graduate engineers trained on
the use of Thermosys are available for internships. They can assist with modeling and simulating
particular types of air-conditioning and refrigeration
systems using Thermosys. If your
company/institution is interested in having a Thermosys engineer visit your
facility as an intern, please email
thermosys@ieee.org.
