Our group works on polyelectrolyte complexes and multilayers, as well as colloidal systems, including the following

           

  1. •Layer-by-Layer polyelectrolyte assembly

  2. •methods of polyelectrolyte assembly (E-fields, spraying)

  3. •mechano-responsive polymer systems

  4. • patterning and structure in polyelectrolyte materials

  5. • synthesis of asymmetric (Janus, patchy) colloidal systems

  6. • assembly behavior of asymmetric colloids at liquid interfaces
